The site is managed by a keen group of volunteers. Flowers found on this site include bluebells, foxglove, common knapweed, meadowsweet, scabious and yellow-rattle. The site also attracts a variety of birds and butterflies including, robin, long-tailed tit, great tit, common blue, comma, gatekeeper and marbled white.
